1-20-08 Charisse AKC standard
There were so many things I did wrong on this run! I did a rear cross before the teeter but there
was no turn after the teeter so I shouldn't have rear crossed at all. I tried to use a serpentine arm
on the jump before the teeter so it wasn't a flick to the teeter but I didn't hold the serpentine arm
long enough so when Charisse went to the teeter, it was a MAJOR flick away! We try to never
ever flick the dogs away from us. What I SHOULD have done was drive into the pocket of the
pinwheel before the teeter, used a threadle arm to take her off the off course to the left and then
rear crossed the jump BEFORE the teeter. I made a handling mess of it for sure!
Charisse goes wide in a few places but we are working on it.
1-12-08 USDAA Starter's Standard.
This was Charisse's third leg in USDAA starters. We would have had our title but Mel walked the
pairs course wrong and left out a tunnel so we still need a pairs leg to move up in everything.

With my broken knee that is full of screws and wires, I can hardly move. Charisse is a great girl! This was

This was shortly after my second surgery on my knee so I was barely moving at all. it was pretty flicky before
the tiunnel. I planned to get up closer to the tunnel and do a better job changing my arms but it didn't
happen. Charisse is such a great dog! I adore her.
